Hind quarters

Boned chicken hind quarters in spicy garlic or mild cheese marinade. The meat is easy to cut and the roasted hind quarters without bones are a perfect supplement to salads and snacks. The hind quarter has skin, which will facilitate its cooking on the grill. If you cook the meat on the frying pan, you can remove the skin from the hind quarter meat, thus obtaining meat pieces deliciously marinated for cooking. We are proud that all our marinades are free of flavour enhancing agent: sodium glutamate E621.
